I was born and rised in a great city, named EŁK. It is placed in northern-east part of Poland called “Warmia and Masuria”, which is filled with vast forest complexes, lakes, rivers, glacial hills, valleys and plains. Thanks to untouched nature and beauty, it is called the “green lungs” of Poland. If you are keen on sports and sightseeing, you should visit this part of Poland.
From beginning I have been an active person. It’s a pity to waste time on TV, films or video games. I prefer to spend time on bike, jogging, workout or gym. It’s a perfect way to get rid of stress, to regenerate mental strength, to enforce health status. With charged batteries, it’s easier to jump over the occurred troubles. Biggest influence on me had rowing club MOS ELK. It gave me good personal and teamwork lessons. Time organization, training planning, cooperation are just few skills which i learned and transferred to my professional life. What I understood after years is that:

Enormous adventure was participation in Erasmus Exchange Programme at Polytechnic Institute of Leiria (IP Leiria, Portugal), during my higher education. I had chance to work in multicultural environment. After returning to Poland I was a volunteer at Erasmus Student Network (ESN). There I have trained how to adapt to changing conditions, establish common language among people and work efficiently in a diverse groups. Best approach to understand people is to hear them out, to be open for their arguments and points of view. Nothing changed till now.
World is changing and we need to keep up the pace. Thanks to participation in one of multi-marketing company, I got my wake-up call, during personal development seminaries. I couldn’t stay behind, do nothing and accept what life will randomly bring. I try to expand my interests, read books, look for online courses etc. Need to be vigilant and flexible in skills, because:
